The idea of using tanks instead of the normal tiny cartidges is amazing. The cost for printing is really low and the quality exceeds the prints you get at local stores.

I purchased this last week, took me a good afternoon to set it up wirelessly had 4 attempts, then had to manually first on printer find my internet to be able to even get the HP computer with windows 10 to even find it during the set-up. The small screen is also almost impossible for people with glasses (mine are only 4 months old). Also very disappointing to find out it does not do 2 sided printing especially for the price of the printer. Prints average in photo prints, I tried 3 photos 1 from mobile 2 from computer and the ink tanks are already (especially the yellow one a 1/4 tank down), in addition to these 3 prints only did 2 test pages, didn’t even go through the cheking printhead etc as cannot afford to refill ink that quick. At least it scans 4-6 documents at a time but once again one one sided, NO GOOD IF DOCUMENT IS A TWO SIDED ONE… so all in all just 3 stars, haven’t even seen if fax works

will not allow scanner to be connected by cable keeps going to WiFi and tells me scanner is not connected (it is by cable)

We purchased this printer 2 weeks ago.
Very disappointed with it. It’s slow to print, unable to do duplex printing without taking the paper out & turning it over. Was told the ink is cheaper then the HP Printer that I currently was using. Not worth the high cost.

I bought this printer last year and had nothing but trouble with it from the get go. Wouldn’t connect wirelessly at all and my IT guy couldn’t even get it to work wirelessly. Setting it up through USB since just as painful. Took hours to finally get it set up. Then it would constantly get paper jams and I would have to continually fix it. I think this is from the paper tray that feeds in from the back. If the paper sits in there it bends slightly and then the feeder won’t feed it properly. The print quality wasn’t that great either. You couldn’t see lines if printing spreadsheets etc and the writing was sometimes hard to make out. It then told me that my ink was low when it was still over 3/4 full! The scanner stopped working about 3 weeks ago and then last week it would turn on at all. Glad it was still in warranty and that I was offered a store credit cause there is no way I would buy this brand again!!

Bought August 2020 in Townsville.
Complicated set up.
Paper feeds from the back.
Scan took hours with wireless connectivity.
Digital screen is not lit-need a torch to illuminate small option availability.
