The headphones themselves are good, however the app is a nightmare to use. Pairing the headphones to my phone the first time was easy, but after I turned it off once, it was difficult to pair it through the app. It kept saying that it couldn’t connect and to try again. When I finally did connect it, none of the controls on the headphones worked. It’s a much better experience to use the headphones without the app, so if you’re looking forward to all the features of the headphones, you should wait until they make their app usable. Other than the app, the headphones have good NC, are relatively comfy (not as much as the qc35s), and have great sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like many things about the Bose 700 especially that I can skip songs and change the volume with my right hand. The touch control feature is extremely cool.
I noticed I cannot use them while they are being charged. It’s great that the charging port is a usb type c-cord , although it could be longer. Super happy that it also came with a nice protective case (make sure to look for charging card in the pocket).
They are extremely comfortable to wear and I cannot hear anything with the noise cancellation feature on. Very happy with the suns quality and probably the most surprising and enjoyable feature is the built in Alexa!

The box is sturdy quality with a nice zipper pouch (somewhat hard shell) then containing the headphones. They were easy to pair with my iPhone. I was very impressed with the ability to adjust the noise cancellation level! None of my other headphones have that capability and I think it’s genius for Bose to add that! They are comfortable to wear. There’s no pressure on my ears whatsoever. The sound levels are fantastic. I listen to music constantly. When others are home and watching tv I love that I can still sit on the couch listening to my music and not hearing the tv at all!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used my Bose cancelling headphones 700 when I travelled to Asia for 16 hours. I love it. It truly delivered a crisp sound with the option of full noise cancelling and half of the noise. It was comfortable to use and I did not feel that it was heating my ears as I used it for my entire trip. It was easy to use and connected to both my iPhone and iPad without any issues. I just wish they had a longer cord to manually connect the headphones to the audio system of the airplane when I was watching a movie. Luckily I have my old QC20 cancelling noise headphones with me so I used that instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my AE2 Soundlinks and the difference is outstanding. I was waiting for a different design before I got a new pair of headphones, and once I seen these I knew this was the pair to get. I love the sound quality and I love the noise cancellation these provide. Going to a public school I can tell you for a fact that these block any sound like it’s lightwork. I just got the NC700s for christmas and they connect fast and the app works great. Everytime ive opened it it says they’re connected and works perfectly. Very impressed with all the upgrades Bose has done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 for about a month now. Overall, I am impressed with the crisp sound quality offered. I primarily use the headphones when traveling and love the noise canceling feature on flights. I also find over the ear headphones much more comfortable when I’m not working out and found myself using these headphones over my AirPods for daily use including when I’m trying to avoid getting distracted at work and want some peace and quiet. Overall I recommend giving these headphones a try if you are looking for a new, comfortable set of noise cancelling headphones.

‘Connection failed. Please try again’
‘iPhone lost’ ‘iPhone connected’ ‘iPhone lost’…
The app is so frustruting. It doesn’t see the headphones as available half of the time. Connection to iPhone and laptops get’s lost randomly and despite multiple attempts to fix there doesn’t seem to be a way to reconnect.
In the middle of conference calls the headphones stop working repeatedly to tell me that they lots connection with my iPhone, just to then annonce again that they reconnected. Over and over again!
They look beautiful. Feel great. The quality of sound is amazing. But it’s so not worth the frustration of constantly needing to fix the connection!

I got this today and was very excited and first time connected easily everything was very smooth to iPhone. And I was wondering why others ever complained….
And then troubles started. I accidently pressed the Bluetooth button long (around 5 secs) and my devices cleared out! Then I logged back into the app to try and add my phone back and it kept giving me issues. Almost 4 hours later by doing everything (resetting headphones, reinstalling app, etc) finally it allowed me to add back my phone.
5 stars for the headphone itself but I am so upset with the quality of the app this is the first time I have rated it 1 star. Fix the app.
